Long Time, No Post

Hello, friends!  It's been over a month since I've graced this blog of mine.  I can't tell you how many times I opened up the new post screen and just stared.  To be honest, I just couldn't bring myself to share what's been going on in the "real world" and didn't feel like regurgitating my Pinterest boards.  So... I'll give you a quick fill-in.  There have been sicknesses... in our home, in our families' homes.  There was a long hospital stay.  There was a cancer scare.  There was a family death.  All of these things have just been too deep to discuss... so I avoided you.  And, I'm sorry.  I promise I won't be a stranger much longer.
