To-Do List Revisted

I apologize to those of you who have no desire to hear about my to-do lists. I have a feeling there will be a couple more of these before the wedding rolls around. We are now officially less than three weeks out. REALITY HAS SET IN. I thought I would get a ton of things done this weekend. With two nights working at the rodeo in 7 hour shifts and dogsitting, I felt like I'd been hit by a truck. So... I have a lot of catching up to do! I got rid of those items on my list that had been completed last week and added more to-dos for this week.

Write up schedule of events- Decided to wait until I speak with the photographer about timing.
Write thank you for welcome bags- How did we still not do this??
Order table numbers- Sent the details to the vendor.
Put favors in locker baskets- DONE!
Stamp favor tags- Decided to do one stamped tag on the locker basket instead of on each pair.
Print menu cards- Waiting for the caterer to let us know about the substitution we requested.
Pay for/pick up rodeo tickets for wedding party- DONE!
Finish birch cones- DONE! (Decided to only put the cones on the families' reserved rows.)
Finish assembling bridal party bags- DONE! (Girls get beach bags, and boys get recycling bags.)
Write ceremony order- Closer! I've got a better idea, but we need to meet w/ officiant.
Finalize jewelry- DONE! (Only kind of-- I purchased two pair of earrings to choose from.)
Wash napkins- DONE! (I purchased white restaurant napkins, which was cheaper than renting!)
Fold napkins- Started. Great to finish while watching tv.
Final fitting/pick up dress- Will check that one off on Wednesday!
Decide on display for escort cards- DONE!
Pick up filler for centerpieces- DONE! (They will grow even more in the next 3 weeks!)
Purchase last few vases- Hope to check that one off on Wednesday.
Finish directional signs- DONE! (This one was taken care of by Dad & Step-mom.)
Sort items into Ceremony, Reception, and Rehearsal- I just made a huge mess of my house.
Book mini-moon- We're not going on a true honeymoon right away due to our work schedules.
Bug the heck out of the last few non-RSVPers- Called many and gave up on others.
Fill mini salt & pepper shakers- Great to do while watching tv.
Finalize cake/dessert- DONE! (Slight change of plans, but it worked out.)
Fill in music requests/must haves on DJ site- DONE! (Except for mother/son dance)
Finalize make-up- Hope to check this one off on Wednesday. DIY'ing it after checking Sephora.

I apologize for the poor quality cell phone pics, but I thought this post needed some pictures of some sort. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot of things, but I'll remember just when I think I'm golden.
