House Inspiration

I told J that we will definitely have to keep these in our inspiration folder until we own a house, not a townhouse. (Our HOA is too strict on colors.) What do you think?
He told me I could get started on this right away if I would be the one to rip up the carpet... so I don't think it's happening.
